ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi dibuat untuk mempermudah dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data maka akan menghasilkan suatu informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Adanya sistem informasi yang tepat dan akurat dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan yang tidak diinginkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih efisien dan kecepatan operasional instansi. Permasalahan yang di dapat di Puskesmas Mulyorejo Malang dibutuhkannya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas rekam medis terutama dalam mengolah sistem informasi data pasien. Adanya sistem informasi data pasien dengan dengan penggunakan Microsoft Access 2016 yang sudah dirancang oleh tim, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan Puskesmas, khususnya bagian petugas rekam medis. Metode yang digunakan dengan merancang sistem informasi data pasien dengan menggunakan microsoft access 2016 dan pendampingan pembuatan Buku ekspedisi. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Mulyorejo Malang menunjukan bahwa kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan telah berhasil. Puskesmas Mulyorejo Malang kini memiliki buku ekspedisi DRM yang dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pegawai bagian rekam medis. Hal ini juga terlihat dari semakin cepatnya layanan kepada pasien. ABSTRACT
The information system is made to facilitate the management and storage of data it will produce a precise and accurate information. The existence of a precise and accurate information system can reduce the occurrence of unwanted errors so as to improve more efficient performance and speed of agency operations. The problem that can be found at the Mulyorejo Health Center Malang is the need for an information system that can help medical record officers, especially in processing patient data information systems. The existence of a patient data information system using Microsoft Access 2016 which has been designed by the team is expected to improve the quality of Puskesmas services, especially the medical record officer. The method used is to design a patient data information system using Microsoft Access 2016 and assistance in making expedition books. The results of the activities carried out at the Mulyorejo Public Health Center Malang show that the PKM activities carried out have been successful. Puskesmas Mulyorejo Malang now has a DRM expedition book that can be used properly by employees of the medical record department. This can also be seen from the faster service to patients.
